sorry again
At the moment tho i'm busy backgrounding characters, which has to be perfect and seemless, no lose strings at all. So i have to make time lines and background storys and make sure it all fits in. by the time i go back to japan a week tomorrow ive got to have all the main characters mapped.

i was going to write an article but i've been very busy, so i thought id post the prologue to my book that is being published in august, this is a very early rough copy so don't worry it'll be much better,
The Thirteenth Apostle
"The path of destruction lay before him, crumbling away like the life force that slowly drained from the world. He had set about this chain of devastation, and he was going to finish it. Demon’s had over run the once prosperous dwelling, looking for a place to bring the souls they had damned to eternal torment. Some called this place hell, Matthias called it home. A battle had raged on for centuries, since the death of Christ. The leagues of Satan had tore Judas from his rightful place, and poisoned his soul. He was bitter when he was replaced, by Matthias, so bitter he covered the sun to show Christ what awaited him in the underworld. Matthias was pure of heart and fought his was through hell, and he gave himself in Christ’s place.
Corruption filled his soul as Matthias attempted to destroy the demons of hell. It was time to attack where it hurt most. During the great war of heaven, Lucifer was cast down by the will of heaven. Matthias had searched all of hell, and finally he found the temple where it was kept. It was time to get what he needed, Satan had ruled for long enough."

got a big meeting where ive got to present my ideas and if it goes wrong it could be the end of my career. I've worked hard, ive made a story line that would fit perfectly in with the other titles in the series. no loose ends or anything. considering the game wont come out this decade, this is the beginning of a long journey for me. i'm going to try and impress the board with the japanese ive learnt already. (which isnt much) I'll update when i get back.

Achievement points are quite possibly one of the best ploys in gaming to date. There is no greater joy when u here that beep and a little box pops up telling you, that you've destroyed 500 Nazi’s and u can have 5 points. I recently got my gamer tag score above 10 k and I nearly cried with pride, 10 k seems like such a big boundary to surpass, and doing so, seems like an immense task when u first turn on your Xbox for the very first time. I am totally addicted to them, as i am sure many people are. When i know I'm going to buy a game, i go and look at the achievements for it first.
Well now to the point of this blog entry, one which I’ve been thinking up for a while now. The fact is that people are achievements whores (me included) I myself went to 10 k whilst playing transformers, which is a poor excuse of a game, yet the achievement points just come thick and fast, it was the first time I succumb to the temptation of playing these types of games, such as air bender and king Kong, purely for achievement points.
But now I’m so used to seeing that little box pop up at the bottom of the screen when ever I do something heroic or unusual. In fact I've become so used to it that I sometimes expect them to pop up in everyday life. Walking across a busy street, I sometimes expect to get achievements for not dieing, or avoiding car accidents. Things like reading books can often end suddenly leaving you a little disheartened. Imagine if u would "E-books live" when turning to the last page and reading the last letter, a little electronic sensor sends a signal to Microsoft, giving you achievements.
I'm thinking about making a short movie about achievements on the go, just to demonstrate what I mean. I will keep any readers updated. I have been asked by my boss at square-enix to keep a blog to keep my brain ticking over. Some posts will be articles some will just be simple updates on my status, perhaps how my Japanese language lessons are going. I have allot of free time at the moment as I haven't got much of a life when I'm in Japan, other than work all I do is game. I'm going to start pod casting soon with a person called cgk. So ill link up when it begins.
